The 2023 Sustainable Mineral Supply Chain International Forum (SMISC), hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers and Exporters (CCCMC) and undertaken by the Critical Minerals Responsibility Initiative (RCI), was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from September 20 to 22, 2023. As a member company of the RCI, GEM was invited to participate in the forum, and Ms. Zhang Wei, vice president of GEM, was invited to participate in the official launch of the Action Initiative on Mining Industry's Participation in Biodiversity Conservation.
