On the morning of November 17, 2023, EcoPro Materials CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “EcoPro Materials”), a GEM's Sharing Company, was successfully listed on the main board of Korea Exchange on Yoido. EcoPro Matrials became the first precursor materials company in the new energy sector to be listed on the Korean capital market. Prof. Xu Kaihua, Board Chairman of GEM, was personally invited to attend the listing ceremony. EcoPro Materials (stock code: 450080) made a public offering of 11,580,800 new shares at an issue price of KRW 36,200 per share. GEM holds 2,022,074 shares, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital after issuance.

In 2016, as a representative of Chinese new energy enterprises, GEM took the lead in investing in EcoPro Materials with EcoPro CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “EcoPro”) of South Korea. Over the past 8 years, GEM and EcoPro have been partners with each other in joy and sorrow. The listing of EcoPro Materials not only enables GEM to obtain good investment returns, but also witnesses the beautiful achievements in the cooperation between Chinese and Korean enterprises, which is conducive to the stabilization of the company's global market, especially in the Korean market.

At the share listing ceremony, Prof. Xu Kaihua, Board Chairman of GEM, delivered congratulations on the successful share listing of EcoPro Materials and reviewed the cooperation experience of both parties over the past 8 years as mutually beneficial partners.
