From October 20th to 22nd, 2019, the ChinaAssociation of Circular Economy hosted the 2019 China International CircularEconomy Exhibition in Nanjing, “Strengthening the GreenIndustry Boosting to Prevent Pollution”. As the vicepresident unit of China Circular Economy Association and the chairman unit ofthe Urban Resource Recycling Professional Committee, GEM has set up a specialexhibition hall and joined the members of the special committee to participatein the exhibition to help promote the development of China\'s circular economy.

The overall design of the GEM boothhighlights the green concept and the materials can be recycled. The boothconsists of six areas: “Urban Mine”—100 years of TV wall, recycling core product display, real-timemonitoring of the national recycling industrial park, core achievements ofwaste recycling, the core technology of turning waste into treasure and the artof waste. The art of waste, antique TV, gold and silver precious metals andbattery materials have become the places where the audience rush to takepictures. The waste recycling core technology of GEM has attracted moreprofessional attention from the audience, but also attracted many businessmenand customers from home and abroad to consult and negotiate cooperation.

During the exhibition, Xie Zhenhua, specialRepresentative of China Climate Change Affairs, Dean of the Institute ofClimate Change and Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University. Wu Xiaoqing,member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee, deputy director ofthe Agricultural and Rural Committee of the National Committee of the ChinesePeople\'s Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman ofChina Democratic National Construction Association. Ren Shuben, Directorof the Department of Environmental Management of the National Development andReform Commission. Qiu Qiwen, Director of Solid State Department of theMinistry of Ecology and Environment. Zhu Xingxiang, President of ChinaAssociation of Circular Economy. Zhao Jiarong, Honorary President of ChinaAssociation of Circular Economy. Zhao Kai, Vice President and Secretary Generalof China Association of Circular Economy and representatives from variousprovinces and cities visited the GEM booth. Through on-site visits, they have adeeper understanding of the core concept of “recyclingand turning waste into treasure”and the core businessareas of waste recycling and energy materials, and fully affirmed andappreciated the outstanding contribution of GEM in the field of circulareconomy in recent years.

At the 2019 China Circular EconomyDevelopment Forum held at the same time, representatives in the field ofcircular economy from home and abroad gathered together to discuss measures fordeveloping circular economy, strengthening the green industry boosting to preventpollution. Dr. Zhang Yuping, the deputy general manager of the GEM Group,attended conference forum of theme dialogue “Innovationand Practice” and made a report to share GEM\'s circularindustry experience at the urban resource sub-forum. Deputy General ManagerZhang Yuping introduced the history of GEM\'s green development in detail andshared the experience of GEM\'s development in urban mining. GEM remains true toour original aspiration and keep instruction firmly in mind, adhering to theconcept of “limited resources and unlimited recycling”. To achieve high-quality green development driven by innovation,which promotes the recycling of urban resources, GEM will take the road ofcivilization, innovation, green, high-quality development to create aworld-class green factory.
