On the morning of 6thJune, the key enterprises financing docking conference of Jingmen was held in Hongshan Hotel, Wuhan. Guangjing Cao, the Vice-governor of Hubei province, attended and spoke at the conference. Yindi Duan, Director of Hubei province's Finance Office, handled the conference. The attendees were mainly Hubei province's heads of financial units. Aiguo Zhang, the Secretary of Jingmen's Municipal Committee, spoke at the conference, and Bing Sun, the Mayor, attended the conference as well as presided over the signing ceremony. Professor Kaihua Xu, the Secretary of GEM's Party Committee and chairman of the board, was invited to attend the conference as the representative of enterprises.

Cao, the Vice-governor of Hubei, pointed out that the holding of Jingmen City's key enterprises financing docking event implemented President Xi's vision in his important speech given in Hubei, as well as served as concrete measures in promoting Hubei's regional growth and modernisation. The government of Hubei should further increase its financial support for Jingmen's economic and social development, try to establish a model of cooperation between government, banks and enterprises, and boost the healthy and stable development of Jingmen's economy and society. It should constantly improve the in-depth cooperation between government, banks and enterprises, as well as the cooperation's efficiency. Each layer of governance should "build up the performing stage", so as to provide a good environment for the "singing opera" of banks and enterprises. Banks and financial institutions should play the leading role well in the service sector, providing more efficient and convenient financial services, and enterprises should put credibility and integrity as their "stepping-stone" in the cooperation between banks and enterprises, improving the promise-keeping consciousness in credit.

Professor Xu as the representative of enterprises presented an enthusiastic speech. He provided three suggestions: firstly, the guidance of government, financial support, and stepping into a new era of ten billion industry; secondly, innovation, high quality growth, and entering the world's top market and brands; and thirdly, based upon Hubei, vigorous expansion in the new energy industry, and becoming the leading enterprise in the world's green industry. He later introduced the basic situation of relevant projects, their financing needs and requests for support. After hearing the speech of Professor Xu, the provincial and municipal leaders as well as the provincial heads of financial units highly acknowledged the past achievements and bright prospects of GEM, and thought highly of Professor Xu's entrepreneurial sentiment. The provincial heads of financial units responded to GEM's requests immediately, and offered specific advice and measures.

On the Conference, Professor Xu, representing GEM in Jingmen, and under the witness of Vice-governor Guangjing Cao, Director of Provincial Finance Office Yindi Duan, the Secretary of Jingmen's Municipal Committee Aiguo Zhang, Jingmen's Mayor Bing Sun and other leaders, signed credit agreement with Import and Export Bank's provincial branch, Bank of China's provincial branch, Bank of Hubei, Bank of Hankou, Bank of Agriculture and Commerce and others.

Min Wang, the Standing Deputy General Manager of GEM; Mingzhi Ouyang, the Deputy General Manager of GEM; Yuping Zhang, the Deputy General Manager of GEM; and Binzhang Chen, the Chief Accountant of GEM, attended the conference.
