On the morning of March 4th, 2017, Chen Yixin, Deputy Secretary of Hubei provincial Party committee and secretary of Wuhan municipal Party committee visited the GEM(Wuhan) recycling industrial park. The GEM group chairman Professor Xu Kaihua sincerely received the Secretary Chen Yixin and his party.

Chairman Kaihua Xu introduced the current situation and future development of GEM to the Secretary Chen Yixin, focusing on the GEM(Wuhan) recycling industrial park as the core area of Wuhan Green Valley would speed up the construction of Green Valley, too endeavor to achieve nine green industrial clusters and build a hundred billion green industrial projects. It would help to boost Wuhan Green Valley fast becoming the “ green, recycling, low-carbon, wisdom and education” Valley. GEM would strive to be a demonstration model of green development in the Yangtze River Economic Zone. Meanwhile, GEM would focus on the layout of power battery package recycling industry chain in the Green Valley, creating a new energy of Chinese "core" , the formation of a new energy life cycle value chain and build the global consumption of New Energy Vehicles Exhibition Center. Moreover, we would cooperate with the other excellent enterprises in the world to promote the construction of “cycle-value-responsibility” chain and create a global respected environmental industry group. The Secretary Chen Yixin affirmed the GEM\'s future development plan and encouraged to build the new energy automobile industry chain.

 Later, the secretary Chen Yixin, accompanied by the chairman Xu Kaihua, visited the GEM( Wuhan) “Urban Mining” Museum, the intelligent information monitoring platform, the scrap cars green dismantling workshop, the injection molding workshop and the green power battery package production base. The secretary Chen Yixin highly praised that the concept of GEM\'s “Urban Mining” is the history of economic liberation. And he advised and exhorted GEM that the clustering, intensification, integration should be achieved to improve space utilization capacity. And he also promised to support GEM to carry on the technical transformation.

Finally, the secretary Chen Yixin congratulated the development of GEM and highly affirmed GEM’s contribution. He highly praised that GEM, as the model enterprise for the development of green economy, had brought positive power for the development of the industry continuously and acted as the pioneer for circular economy.
