On 2th November, 2015, under the witness of Mr. Wang Guosheng, the governor of Hubei Province, Mr. Wang Dongming, the chief counselor Chinese Embassy in Germany, Mr. Jia Yaobin, the executive vice mayor of Wuhan city, Mr. Wang Wentong, the director of the Financial Department of Hubei province, Remondis Industrie Service International GmbH (Hereafter Remondis) and GEM Co., Ltd (Hereafter GEM) signed the “Letter of Intent concerning a Possible Strategic Cooperation with regard to Water Resource Treatment and Reutilization of Recycling Resource ” at the signing ceremony of Hubei-Germany economic and trade cooperation forum

During the signing ceremony, both parties agreed that Chinese resource recycling and water resource management will flourish in the future and show a bright market prospect. Known as the famous “the Province of Thousands of Lakes” in China, Hubei Province has a huge market for water resource environmental management. Both parties had a deeply discussion about possibilities of strategic cooperation in terms of technology, capital and market resources. Both parties intended to conduct business cooperation on the management of industrial sewage, urban sewage and rivers of Hubei Province based on GEM Recycling Industrial Parks and corresponding cities to start up the business cooperation of renewable resources recycling in Hubei Province. In addition, a joint-venture company may be established in Hubei province or sign possible contracts based on the specific projects to explore the mutual complementarity on capital combination, technology and business channels, and to explore business of the sewage, river management and the renewable resources recycling in Hubei province.
