On 7th, June, Fang Aiqing, assistant minister of Ministry of Commerce, visits the recycling industrial park of Jingmen GEM. Xu Kaihua, board chairman of GEM accompanied Mr Fang to the e-waste recycling & processing workshop and introduced GEM’s current situation in e-waste recycling & processing.

Firstly, Mr Fang visited the recycling exhibition hall and listened to Mr Xu’s report on GEM’s recycling industry, low-carbon processing of “urban mines”. Then Mr Fang went to the e-waste processing workshop and witnessed GEM’s world advanced e-waste processing line.

When leaving, Mr Fang speaks highly of GEM’s e-waste recycling network and processing system, and encourages GEM to improve its e-waste processing technology and to extend nationwide. He also instructs relative authorities of Ministry of Commerce to support the connection of GEM’s e-waste recycling centers with commercial organizations, thus to extend GEM’s e-waste recycling to larger areas.
