On 24th, Oct, 2005, Professor Ryoichi Yamamoto, general adviser and founder of Environmental Materials, visits GEM. Professor Yamamoto has visited the recycling plant and the public testing center, with the companion of Professor Xu Kaihua, and listened to Mr Xu’s introduction on GEM’s progress in resource recycling, and also discussed about the development of global recycling industry. He is very glad that GEM has grown so rapidly in the previous year, and greatly affirms GEM’s achievements in recycling.

Professor Yamomoto also discussed with Mr Xu about GEM’s cooperation with University of Tokyo, and invited Mr Xu to visit University of Tokyo within the year, thus to further discuss on cooperation in recycling and to internationalize GEM.
