On August 14th 2017, Fu Dehui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hubei Provincial People\'s Congress and Executive Deputy Director of Hubei Province, visited GEM(South Africa) Recycling Industrial Park. Professor Xu Kaihua, Chairman of GEM Corp., gave them a warm hospitality and accompanied them to visit the superfine cobalt power workshop. Mr Fu Dehui not only spoke highly of the GEM’s global industry model, raw materials in Jingmen, processing in  Durban, South Africa, and finally marketing in the whole world, but also affirmed the industrial layout arranging based on “One Belt, One Rold”. He also promised that he would do much to support GEM’s development in South Africa and help with the construction of the recycling industrial parks in Africa by enhancing the support from local governments, both in Jingmen and in South Africa.

After visiting the workshop, a conference to promote mutual cooperation between Hubei province and Quanah was held. Professor Xu and Mr. Fu attended the meeting. In the conference, Thembinkosi Willies Mchunu,governer of Quanah, received Professor Xu and admitted a lot the GEM’s project of Central Africa Circular Economy Industrial Park. He also promised to do a lot to push the construction and development of the project in Quanah.

Wang Min, Administrative Vice President of GEM, and Michael Oehlers, General Manager of SHU POWDERS(South Africa) also attended the conference.
