September 8th, 2017, Hu Jianping, Sub-inspector of Marketing System Department of Ministry of Commerce, visited GEM(Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park, accompanied by Hao Zhixin, Deputy Director of Business Committee of Marketing Construction Department of Tianjin City, Wang Chong, staff of Marketing Construction Department of Tianjin City, Wang Enbin, Vice Director of Business Committee of Jinghai Area and Liu Zhijie, Section Chief of Business Committee of Jinghai Area. They were warmly received by GEM(Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park.

The delegates paid a visit to GEM(Tianjin) “Urban Mining”Museum, the intelligent information monitoring platform and ELV(End-of-Life Vehicle) green dismantling workshop. The person in charge of GEM(Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park made a detailed introduction of GEM’s circular economy development concept, national layout of industrial parks and the recycling models of five main industrial chains, which aroused their interests in recovery model through the internet. They also spoke highly of the process of dismantling vehicles for its  streamlined, machanization, harmlessness, informationization and its scientific management of the dismantled products.

After the visit, a conference was held. Staff in GEM(Tianjin) Recycling Industrial Park gave a detailed report on the preparation for application of subsidies of recycling light-duty gasoline vehicles in Tianjin. Hu Jianping, the sub-inspector, praised the recycling model of scrapped vehicles on the Internet and encouraged GEM to seize the opportunity of coordinated development for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to promote GEM’s development, to make greater contribution to circular economy.
