At noon on Feb. 20th, 2019, Haishan Zhao, deputy governor of Hubei Province, and Huixia Chen, deputy secretary general of the provincial government, accompanied by Aiguo Zhang, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of Jingmen city, and Yingbiao Wu, secretary of the District Party Committee of Duodao District, visited the GEM (Jingmen) Recycling Industrial Park. Professor Kaihua Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the GEM, warmly welcomed governor Zhao and his delegation

Governor Zhao visited the National “Urban Mines” Museum and the Environmental Information Management Center. During the visit, Prof. Xu introduced the Governor Zhao on the GEM\'s industrial concept “Limited Resources, Unlimited Recycling”, the history of green development, the five business segments and the strength of the technological innovation. He also reported that with the help of the national policies, market conditions and independent technological innovations, the company actively implemented industrial strategy innovation upgrading, and achieved a production value of ten billion RMB. The company won the 10th place in private enterprise manufacturing industry of Hubei in 2018, and the 26th place in private enterprise of Hubei. Prof. Xu said that GEM will move to the hundred billion green industry in the future, and will build the largest new economic green industrial group in Hubei Province.

Governor Zhao, while listening to the report, exchanged views with Prof. Xu. He praised the green development achievements of GEM in recent years, affirmed the green environmental protection business, and hoped that the enterprise could always stick to the safety and the environmental protection red line, improve management level, make persistent efforts, and write a new glory in green development.
