At 5 pm on April 18, 2019, Yu Weiguo, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People\'s Congress, Liu Xuexin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, Liang Jianyong, Standing Committee and Secretary-General of Fujian Provincial Committee,Guo Ningning, Vice Governor of Fujian Provincial Government and other leaders, accompanied by Guo Xiwen, Secretary of Ningde Municipal Party Committee, and Liang Weixin, Mayor of Ningde Government, visited Fu\'an Park for investigation and research. Secretary Yu Weiguo and his delegation first visited GEM Industrial Park remotely, and then learned about the construction of Fu\'an Park. General Manager Jiang Zhenkang introduced in detail the national industrial layout of GEM, the five core industrial chains and our status in the whole country, as well as resource recycling technology innovation and new energy materials development, and focused on the construction of Fu\'an Park project construction, current construction progress, expected production time and future development planning of Fu\'an Park.

General Manager Jiang Zhenkang introduced that the investment and construction of new energy material park and circular economy park in Ningde Fu\'an can form a closed loop of the complete industrial chain from the positive manufacturing to the reverse cycle of Ningde\'s new energy industry chain. After listening to General Manager Jiang Zhenkang\'s report, Secretary Yu Weiguo said that GEM is a leading enterprise in the field of recycling of new energy materials and resources. It is beneficial for Ningde\'s new energy automotive industry to play a cluster effect by giving full play to its own advantages and building recycling economy park and new energy materials park in Ningde. Secretary Yu Weiguo pointed out that the government should be aggressive in attracting investment, boldly introduce such excellent enterprises, strengthen alliances, gather and increase efficiency, and develop circular economy industries, which is of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization pilot zones in Fujian Province.
