On the morning of February 17th, 2020, Mr. Yan Ganhui, the secretary of the Yichun Municipal Party Committee, came to GEM Jiangxi Industrial Park to inspect the situation of the company\'s epidemic prevention and control and work resumption. General Manager of GEM Jiangxi Industrial Park Dr. Qin Yufei warmly welcomed Mr. Yan Ganhui and his delegation.

In accordance with GEM\'s requirements of strict and absolute prevention and control, Yan Ganhui, the secretary of the Yichun Municipal Party Committee and his delegation arrived at the gate of GEM. Everyone at the delegation got out of the transportation and queue up in a line to be checked on body temperature, disinfection, and registration at the factory one by one. To be make sure that there were no abnormalities.

General Manager Dr. Qin Yufei introduced the “GEM’s Sixteen Prevention and Control Measures” and “Nine Major Measures” in detail to Mr. Yan Ganhui. All returning employees need to made cleared life track for the last half month before resume work and measured staff’s body temperature four times a day. GEM strictly implemented comprehensive disinfection and other epidemic prevention work in strict accordance with the disinfection instructions for the entire plant area, and strictly controlled entrance.

GEM Jiangxi Industrial Park also resumed work step by step in accordance with the requirements of Yichun Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Firstly, the electronic waste dismantling line and plastic granulation production line were opened, and all returning workers entered normal working conditions.

Secretary Yan Ganhui and his delegation reviewed the implementation records of various epidemic prevention and control work such as the disinfection registration account and staff temperature check registration form in each area of plant including company\'s anti-epidemic measures in the canteens, accommodation and other areas, as well as resumed operations on logistics and personnel management. Secretary Yan Ganhui and his delegation affirmed GEM\'s strict and standardized epidemic prevention and control measures and hoped that the person in charge of the enterprise would protect himself and the enterprise at the same time.

Secretary Yan emphasized that enterprises should not only do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in a special period but also actively prevent it. They should also gradually implement a full-scale resumption of production to achieve stable operations.

The Yichun Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government should actively help enterprises to solve their difficulties in work resumption and achieve economic development and epidemic prevention and control.

GEM Jiangxi Industrial Park is the first industrial enterprise in Fengcheng City to receive government approval for work resumption. At present, the park is under inner loop management and strict access permits are implemented.

GEM\'s epidemic prevention and control work has been highly recognized by the Yichun Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
