Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) is a new recycled product launched in 2009 by GEM. The 2 WPC manufacturing bases in Xinhua, Hunan province, Jingmen, Hubei province, have 100 WPC production lines in total, with an annual output of over 50 000 tons. The products are exported to Europe, the United States and other countries and regions, where widely used in garden landscaping, municipal projects and etc. WPC has become a well-known low-carbon product in the market, and GEM has become one of the fastest growing producing companies and the major WPC manufacturers in China.
GEM WPC is made of recycled plastic and natural wood fiber，adopting advanced production process such as extrusion, co-extrusion, injection molding, etc. GEM WPC is a new environmentally friendly decorative material and ecological self-cleaning composite material.
GEM WPC combines the advantages of both natural fiber and plastic: excellent water resistance, characterized by a low bibulous rate and 3-10 times weather resistance compared to timber; better rigidity and loading capacity compare with pure plastic and smaller expansion and shrinkage coefficients compared to steel and plastic; better machinability than wood, steel, plastic and other materials. Our products have a variety of specifications, models and accessories, which can be thoroughly customized: easy assembling, with lower maintenance cost and can be substitutes for logs, plastic, steel, aluminum alloy, cement and other materials.
