  GEM (Tianjin) Urban Mining Resources Recycling Industrial Development Co., Ltd [ hereinafter referred to as “GEM (Tianjin)”] is a wholly owned subsidiary of GEM Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 465 million yuan. Located in Ziya circulation economic development zone in the national environmental protection industry park, it is the largest enterprise with the most advanced technology in the park. In 2015, the End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) comprehensive utilization project was awarded the National Resources Recycling Major Demonstration Project and listed in the Renewable Resources Comprehensive Utilization Key Project of Industrial Coordinated Development Plan Action on Industrial Resources Comprehensive Utilization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and Surrounding Area (2015-2017). The company also obtained Tianjin High-tech Enterprise Certification in 2017.

  GEM (Tianjin) is the first industrial layout that GEM Group made in North China with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan, including scrap cars production line, scrap non-ferrous metals dismantling, etc. The company also built a national urban Mineral Resources Technology Research Center and has become a technology-leading, environmental-protection-advanced, world-oriented national urban mining circular economy park.

  GEM (Tianjin) will try to become an advaved enterprise in China in urban mine recycling, including waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) , ELV, waste plastics, scrap non-ferrous metals, etc. The company, located in Tianjin, spread over Bohai Economic Circle; containing three provinces and two cities. The development of recycling WEEE, ELV, scrap steels, rare metal industry waste, and scrap metals etc. would be considered as the core business; with advanced technology and equipment, the environmental protection processing as the main line and high technology of recycled products as the terminal, the company has become National Urban Mine Recycling System Innovation Base with Domestic First-class and International Advanced Technology, Processing & Utilization Demonstration Base, Technology and R&D Demonstration and Promotion Base, and Demonstration Base for Circular Economy Education.
